RICOTTA PIE 
4 eggs or half pt. egg beaters
2 lb. ricotta cheese
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. med. cream
A squirt lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 9" pie crust

Mix flour with sugar and set aside. Add the flour and eggs to the cheese, cream and lemon. Put the ingredients together and beat until well mixed. Pour in the unbaked pie crust. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
