CHIMACHANGAS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. picante sauce
2 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
5 to 6 lg. flour tortillas

Brown meat and onions. Add picante, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Chop up olives, tomatoes and lettuce. Put olives, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese on each tortilla in a line and add meat mixture. Fold and seal burrito by sprinkling water on edges.

SAUCE:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pt. sour cream

In saucepan, melt butter. Mix in flour until lumps disappear. Add milk. Let steam. Add sour cream. Pour over burritos. Sprinkle lightly with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, and olives.
