CHESS PIE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs

Cream together. Beat at high speed 5 minutes.

Blend in:

1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. corn meal
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Pour into single crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream. Delicious is an understatement.
