3 whole eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. corn meal
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix all ingredients in order given. Bake in 8 or 9 inch uncooked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
