COCONUT CHESS PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flaked coconut
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Combine first 6 ingredients; beat well. Stir in 1 cup coconut, pour into pastry shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
