EASY CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
Tall can evaporated milk (16 oz.)
1/2 stick butter

Mix above ingredients together stirring throughout cooking process. Bring to strong boil and boil 8 minutes. (It may look curdly, but don't let this worry you).

2 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
4 plain chocolate bars, 5 cent size
1 pt. marshmallow cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts

Add chocolate chips immediately after the 8 minutes of boiling and stir until thoroughly dissolved. Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Blend thoroughly and turn into large glass baking dish, greased.

Need help to stir. No beating needed. Ready to pour when all ingredients are blended.

Makes 5 pounds.
