HOLIDAY PRALINE PIE 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 baked 9" pie shell
1 pkg. (5 oz.) vanilla pudding
1 env. Dream Whip

Heat butter and brown sugar with nuts in saucepan until melted. Spread in bottom of pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool.

Prepare pudding with milk as directed. Cool. Measure out 1 cup pudding, cover with wax paper. Chill. Pour remainder into pie shell. Chill. Prepare whipped topping; fold 1/3 of topping into 1 cup chilled pudding. Spread over filling in pie shell. Chill. Garnish with remaining topping.
