TRIPLE CHOCOLATE TOPPERS 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa, divided
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

In large bowl beat sweetened condensed milk, flour, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa, egg, vanilla and baking powder. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over prepared crust; top with chocolate chips. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool; cut into bars.
