CHEESE STRAWS 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. grated cheese
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream grated cheese and butter. Sift flour, salt and pepper. Blend thoroughly into mixture. Chill dough. Roll out to 1/4 inch. Cut strips. Bake at 400 degrees 10 to 12 minutes.
