BAKED STUFFED POTATOES 
4 Irish white baking potatoes
1 sm. container sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Bake 4 potatoes until done. Let cool; cut potatoes in half, scoop out the middle. In a mixing bowl, mix potatoes, 3/4 container sour cream, 1 cup grated cheese and 1 tablespoon butter. Stuff potato with this mixture, top with remaining sour cream and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until brown.
