CORN RELISH 
18 ears of corn
8 to 10 c. sugar
2 bell peppers
2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 c. salt
2 qt. vinegar
4 oz. mustard
4 lg. onions
2 sm. jars pimentos
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. cabbage, chopped

Boil jars and lids 10 minutes, drain. Use while warm.

Cut and scrape corn. Chop-dice onions, peppers, celery and cabbage. Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cut heat down but keep boiling 20 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Makes great Christmas gifts!
