CORN RELISH 
2 c. diced green pepper
2 c. diced red pepper
4 c. chopped celery
8-10 onions, chopped
1 c. honey
3 c. vinegar
1 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. turmeric
18 ears fresh corn or 6 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn

Combine first 8 ingredients in stainless steel pot. Cover pot and heat until mixture comes to boil, then simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix mustard and turmeric and blend with mixture. Add corn. Heat to boiling and simmer for 5 minutes. Pack while boiling into hot scalded pint jars. Adjust seals and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. This makes 8 pints.
