QUICK CORN RELISH 
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 scant tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
10 oz. pkg. frozen corn
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine

In medium saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, turmeric, celery seed, vinegar, water, onion and corn. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in green pepper. Chill and use or store in refrigerator in a non-metallic container. Yields 2 cups.
