GRAND CHAMPION PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cream
1 c. milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375°F.

Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
