SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. herbed croutons
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms

Grease a glass dish, 9x9x4 inches, or larger. Layer on bottom of dish the croutons, sausage, and cheese. Make a mix of eggs and other ingredients. Pour over ingredients in dish. Bake on a cookie sheet in a preheated 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
