EASY CRAB MOLD 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. gelatin, unflavored
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 stalk green onion, finely chopped
1 can (7 oz.) crabmeat

Heat soup. Mix in gelatin; cool slightly. In separate bowl, blend cheese with mayonnaise. Combine all ingredients. Pour in 6 cup mold and chill until firm. Garnish with lettuce, tomato and egg slices. Use as salad or dip. So good!
