CRAB MOLD 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat or 1 c. fresh crabmeat
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. cold water

Cut cream cheese in small pieces and set aside. Heat soup (without milk). Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons COLD water and add to hot soup. Simmer and add all other ingredients. Pour into a decorative mold. Refrigerate overnight. Turn mold out onto a serving dish and arrange crackers around it.
