CRAB MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. of cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 can crab meat

Let cream cheese soften. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise, add celery and onion. Meanwhile warm soup. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water and add this to the warm soup. Mix well. Now add soup mixture to the rest, add crab and mix well. Pour into gelatin mold, refrigerate to set. Serve with crackers.

This is the best ever!! Serves a medium size party. "Better than ice cream".
