FLAVORED INSTANT COFFEE 
1/3 c. powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. instant coffee
2 tbsp. powdered baking cocoa
2 hard candy peppermints, crushed, or use 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Put all ingredients into blender. Cover and process at high speed until well blended. Use one level tablespoon of mix with 6 ounce boiling water for each cup. Stir well.

If desired, serve with a dollop of whipped cream. You may want to use hot milk instead of water for a creamier taste.

Note: This beverage is in line with the commercial international coffees, and costs less.
