SCALLOP PINEAPPLE KABOBS 
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 lb. sea scallops
1 can pineapple chunks
1 green pepper
8 oz. cherry tomatoes

Combine first 6 ingredients; blend well. Add scallops and pineapple, pepper, and tomatoes. Marinate a few hours. Drain and arrange on skewers. Broil 8 minutes.
