DEEP DISH PEACH COBBLER 
Melt 1 stick butter 2 quart casserole (rectangular preferred). Mix:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick

Pour this mixture over butter (DO NOT STIR). Pour 1 large can of sliced peaches (including juice) over this mixture. Sprinkle top with mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake about 40 minutes. Batter will rise to the top and be crusty and brown when done.

I made this took out of oven to cool forgot the ice cream step out to pick it up. All was left. Was the pan everyone said it was good. And ask me to make another dish.
