DEEP DISH PEACH COBBLER | |
Melt 1 stick butter 2 quart casserole (rectangular preferred). Mix: 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. milk 1 c. Bisquick Pour this mixture over butter (DO NOT STIR). Pour 1 large can of sliced peaches (including juice) over this mixture. Sprinkle top with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake about 40 minutes. Batter will rise to the top and be crusty and brown when done. |
