GRASSHOPPER PIE 
24 creme-filled chocolate cookies, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. creme de menthe
1 jar marshmallow creme
2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine crumbs and butter. Press into 9 inch springform pan or 13 x 9 inch pan. Add liqueur to marshmallow creme, mixing well to blend. Fold in whipped cream and pour into pan. Sprinkle with some crumbs and freeze. Serves 8 to 10.
