DIANNE'S GREEK TURKEY DRESSING 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 lbs. whole hog pork sausage
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 med. onion, minced
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
3 chopped apples
1 c. white raisins
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. pine nuts
1 c. butter, melted
3 celery stalks
Juice of 1 lemon

Brown meats, cinnamon, garlic and onion. Drain off fat. Mix all ingredients together. Place in large baking dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Check frequently for dryness. If dry, add chicken broth.

Can be made ahead, frozen, thawed and reheated. Makes a lot!
