SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled or ham
2 cans spliced water chestnuts, sliced thin
1 can drained bean sprouts

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. catsup
Paprika

Blend in blender and pour over salad.
