SAUSAGE BREAD ROLL 
1 box Pillsbury hot roll mix
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese (or more)
1 lb. hot sausage, bulk
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. parsley

Fix dough according to box directions. Let rise 45 minutes. Roll out 1/4 inch thick round, to slightly oval. Cook onion with sausage, but do not brown. Take off excess fat, add all other ingredients, stir until cheese has melted, let cool. Spread evenly, don't spread to edges. Roll up, pinch ends together, shape into a large crescent. Place on a greased pan, bake about 20 minutes at 400 degrees until brown. Butter top after removing from oven. Serves 4.
