TUNA LOAF 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pimiento
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Melt butter in saucepan; add flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and stir until sauce thickens. Flake tuna and add lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Combine sauce and tuna mixture. Turn into buttered casserole and bake in 350 degrees until brown-about 45 minutes. Serve with cream sauce or cheese sauces.
