TUNA LOAF 
6 med. potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1 can tuna
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 stick butter
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated or chopped
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk

Cook and mash potatoes well with potato masher until smooth. Add butter. Mix tuna and Mozzarella into potatoes. Then egg, onion, parsley, salt, pepper. Add milk and a handful of bread crumbs. Mix everything well. Form into loaf. Bake at 375 degrees until browned. Slice and serve with a vegetable.
