SALISBURY STEAK 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. flour

Mix 1/2 can onion soup, 1/2 can mushroom soup, egg, salt, pepper, cracker crumbs, and ground beef. Shape into patties and brown on both sides. Mix remaining soups, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, water, and flour. Pour over meat patties in large baking pan. Cover with foil and bake in 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
