E-Z IRISH BREAD 
3 c. flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar or less
Pinch of salt
1 c. raisins or caraway seeds or dried fruit
1/4 lb. melted, cooled butter
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk

Heat oven to 250 degrees (use a little higher). Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (do not knead) until dough consistency. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Last 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Use a bread pan, greased and floured.
