POTATOES AND MUSHROOMS 
1 sm. onion (optional)
10 potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Worcestershire
1 sm. jar mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper

Cut potatoes in quarters. Boil with salt, pepper, onion and butter until potatoes are tender. Drain all but 1/4 cup of water and place in baking dish. Pour in mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce, spreading evenly over potatoes. Dash a little black pepper and salt (to your taste). Bake on 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Great with roast!
