MUSHROOM SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
1 can mushroom soup 3/4 c. American cheese, grated 1/2 tsp. salt 2-3 c. milk 4 c. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced Into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish, layer potatoes and cheese, ending with cheese on top. In small bowl, mix soup and milk. Pour over potatoes that have been salted. Top with remaining cheese and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
