CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE 
3 chicken breasts, split
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sauterne
1/2 c. unbleached sliced almonds
Sm. jar pimentos, chopped (optional)
1 tsp. paprika

Combine flour with 1/4 cup sour cream. Stir until smooth. Add salt, sour cream, soup and sauterne; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with almonds, pimentos and paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
