CHICKEN IN WINE 
3 chicken breasts, split
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. unblanched, sliced almonds
Sm. jar pimentos, chopped
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. sauterne wine

Place chicken pieces in flat baking dish; sprinkle with half of salt. Combine flour and 1/4 cup sour cream and blend until smooth; add remaining salt, sour cream, soup and wine and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with almonds, pimento and paprika; bake at 325 degrees about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. Serves 6.
