PEDRO'S FRESH SALSA 
1 can good stewed tomatoes (or 4 to 6 fresh, boil 1 minute and place in cold water to peel)
1 (4 oz.) can peeled green chilies (or use fresh, boil until tender)
1 med. white onion
3 green onions
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 fresh jalapeno, diced fine (seeds are very hot) (optional for hotter salsa)
