CHICKEN CUSTARD 
1 - 3 lbs. chicken, boiled, boned and cut up
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 loaf white bread, cubed
1 c. cream, or milk if chicken is rich
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 eggs, beaten
Pimento, chopped
Onion, chopped
Buttered crumbs or potato chips
1/2 tsp. sage

Mix all, but buttered crumbs or potato chips, in large pan. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Makes 9 to 12 servings.
