SUE'S CHICKEN PIE 
PIE CRUST:

2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking powder

FILLING:

2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 1/2 c. rich broth
1/2 tsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
