HAM ROLL CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears (I use fresh)
8 (1 oz.) slices Swiss cheese
8 (6"x4") slices cooked ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 carton sour cream
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. sliced almonds

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Place 1 slice of cheese on each ham slice. Divide broccoli into 8 portions. Arrange a portion on each ham slice, placing stems in center and flowerettes to outside. Roll up securely and place seam side down in a 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Combine soup, sour cream, and mustard, pour over ham rolls. Do not cover broccoli flowerets with sauce. Sprinkle with almonds. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
