SWEET POTATO PIE 
2 med.-size potatoes
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Boil potatoes until tender, drain. Add butter while hot. Beat them with mixer. Add sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla flavoring. Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Cook 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook about 30 minutes.
