CRUNCHY TUNA SALAD | |
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained 1 c. shredded carrots 1 c. diced celery 1/2 c. minced onion 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 medium can chinese noodles Flake tuna. Add carrots, celery, onion and mayonnaise. Chill. Fold in noodles just before serving. Place salad on large lettuce leaf. Serve with a roll and fruit. |
