BROWNIES 
SMALL BATCH:

2 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
Nuts (opt.)

LARGE BATCH:

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. melted butter
6 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
Nuts (opt.)

Mix dry ingredients. Add dry to creamed sugar, butter, eggs and etc. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until shrinks from pan.
