TUNA PINWHEELS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
About 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. tuna
1 c. cooked peas, drained
1 egg, slightly beaten

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. Cut in shortening as for pie dough. Add milk. Roll into rectangle about 3/8 inch thick. Pan fry celery in butter. Remove from heat and add tuna, peas and egg. Spread over dough, roll up as a jelly roll. Seal edges. Cut into slices about 1 inch wide. Place on greased cookie sheet, cut side up. Bake at 400 degrees until browned. Serve with hot tomato sauce.
