3/4 lb. sm. scallops 4 oz. melted butter (1 stick) 2 tbsp. cooking sherry 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs Lightly butter the bottom of a shallow baking dish or 9 inch pie plate. Spread scallops evenly in dish. Pour cooking sherry on top of scallops. |
