1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 (#2) can white hominy
1/4 lb. American cheese, grated
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
1 med. onion, chopped fine

Brown meat; add flour, tomatoes and seasoning. Remove meat from fry pan and brown onion and hominy in the hot fat. Add meat mixture. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. May be made in an electric fry pan, putting lid on and cooking on low about 20 minutes longer. Serves 6 to 8.
