HEARTY HONEY MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tablespoon minced onions
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon peppered seasoning
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
4 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup red, yellow and green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup Ragu roasted garlic/onion
glaze topping
1 4 oz can Catalina Italian tomato sauce
2 tablespoons honey
to be mixed together for glaze topping

Place ground beef in a large bowl. Mix all seasoning in a bowl, add eggs and milk and honey together, mix well. Slowly add to ground beef. Sprinkle bell peppers evenly and mix well.

Slowly add bread crumbs, mix well and form into a loaf using a stone loaf pan (9 x 5). You may add more bread crumbs if needed. Cover with foil and cook for 90 minutes at 350°F. Uncover after cooking and cover with glaze topping.

Return to oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes. (Turn the heat down so the glaze won't burn.)
