1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water

Boil sugar and water until it reaches 250 degrees. Cook for about 1 minute. Add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly and spoon out onto waxed paper.
