SWISS SCALLOPED CORN (MICROWAVE) | |
3 slices bacon 2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.) 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tbsp. flour 1 egg 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter Dash paprika Heat bacon 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until crisp. Crumble bacon in oblong dish. Stir in corn, cheese, onion powder, pepper and flour blended with egg and milk. Top with bread crumbs blended with butter and paprika. Heat 10 to 12 minutes on medium high. Let stand, covered 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6. |
