SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 egg, beaten
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder or onion chips

Mix all together. Form into patties and fry in skillet, turn. Pour 1 can mushroom soup diluted with 3/4 cup milk over the patties and cover. Heat until hot. Serve with mashed potatoes.
