GRANDMA PEARL'S POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
3-4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 c. flour

Melt butter. Add sugar and stir. Blend in eggs, cup of milk, vanilla and lemon extracts. Sift flour 3 times and add to mix. Blend for 2 minutes. Bake in Bundt or tube pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until nice and brown.

Variation: May frost with favorite frosting.
