CROWD CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat 1 c. chopped onion 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. pimientos, chopped 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 c. med. noodles, cooked 1 c. buttered bread crumbs (soft) Brown meat; add onion, cook until tender but not brown. Add all other ingredients down to noodles; mix well, then add noodles. Pour into 2 quart dish or pan. Sprinkle crumbs on top (optional). Cook in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
