SCALLOPED CORN 
2 (19 oz.) cans corn, drained
1 egg
2 c. crushed soda crackers or more
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tarragon

Pour drained corn into 2 quart casserole. Mix all ingredients together in casserole. Pour milk over all to cover. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
